Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: USA Time Zones)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 technical support to clients via remote and onsite channels
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Manage updates, patching, and system monitoring
  • Assist in onboarding new users and IT assets
  • Document technical issues and solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
