About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 technical support to clients via remote and onsite channels
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage updates, patching, and system monitoring
- Assist in onboarding new users and IT assets
- Document technical issues and solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
